Twig Archery Guarantee & Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If, you are not satisfied with the merchandise you receive, you may return it in unused & undamaged condition within 7 days of purchase for exchange or full refund of merchandise.  Arrows are not returnable and there is no warranty on arrows.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.  All returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge (minimum $5.00).  All returns MUST be authorized by first calling Monday - Wednesday, (740) 829-2847. 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

Shipping & Handling

UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE TWIG ARCHERY WILL BE SHIPPING ORDERS TWICE A WEEK. (Possibly more if a high numbers of orders dictate it.)

We ship all orders by USPS INSURED Priority mail (when possible).  Most orders take 2-4 days to reach their destination. During the Pandemic, orders may be delayed.

Making sure Twig Archery is supplied the correct shipping address whether on the website, through Pay Pal or your credit card company and is the responsibility of the customer.  If an incorrect address is supplied to us by these areas, and your package is returned to Twig Archery, customer must pay return shipping.  If an order is lost, damaged, or pieces missing from an order, the customer must make the claim to USPS.  We will supply any information (we will supply you with copy of tracking number, if lost) or documentation that is needed to make your claim to USPS.   By placing an order with us, you agree to the above conditions.

We Welcome International & Canadian Orders

In order to calculate shipping costs accurately per order, we currently don't process International or Canadian sales through our website, but we are more than happy to place your order by phone or email.  You must call or email us, if an order is to be paid by an international credit card.  (there is a small fee when using a credit/debit/pay pal.  Please call or email to place your International or Canada order through an invoice. Shipping costs will be on a per order basis. There are some countries that the USPS do not ship to.   There are also some countries that the USPS will not insure.  If the USPS will not insure to a certain country, Twig Archery is not responsible for loss or damage.  Email us with any questions you have: twigarchery@hotmail.com.
