Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the merchandise you receive, you may return it in unused condition within 10 days of purchase for exchange or full refund of merchandise.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.  All returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge (minimum $5.00).  All returns MUST be authorized by first calling (740) 829-2847. 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

Shipping & Handling
We ship all orders by USPS Priority mail (there may be some exceptions). Most orders take 2-4 days to reach their destination.  We do not supply tracking numbers.  Our USA shipping rates are based on order totals as follows:

In order to calculate shipping costs accurately per order, we currently don't process International or Canadian sales through our website, but we are more than happy to place your order by phone or email.
